We were honoured to hear from Natasha Makhubele, Laidlaw Women in Business Scholar and Board Member, at the Annual Laidlaw Scholars Dinner hosted by Oxford Saïd Business School on 18th June — an evening filled with rich conversations, meaningful connections, and powerful reflections.

During the dinner, Natasha delivered a deeply moving speech about her journey to the MBA, the transformative impact of scholarships, and the critical importance of representation. Her words were a reminder that empowering women in business is not just about opportunity but also visibility, belief, and support.
