The Laidlaw Foundation is delighted to announce an exclusive celebration of Laidlaw Women at Carlton House Terrace on November 7th, followed by a dinner reception. Whilst this event is mainly targeted towards our Women in Business scholars and Trailblazers, we are also excited to invite 15 female-identifying Undergraduate Scholars from UK universities to join us.

The day will feature a series of engaging workshops at Carlton House Terrace. These sessions are designed to provide valuable insights into personal and professional development, networking, and leadership skills.

November 7th Workshop Highlights:

  • Keynote with Helen Steers MBE: Purpose, Profit and Passion, leading and changing Private Equity
  • Mentoring, coaching and networking opportunities
  • “Circles of Reciprocity”: a session inspired by Adam Grant’s Give and Take
  • Women in Business panel and Q&A
  • Public speaking workshop
  • Healthy resilience and stress management session
  • Alumni-led “Careers Circles” covering consulting, tech, finance and more
  • Funding masterclass with Joanna Chaytor of AA Advisors
