The Laidlaw Scholarship has been a transformative experience that pushed me beyond academic and cultural boundaries. Through my research internship, the annual conference, and my Leadership-in-Action project with Rennueva in Mexico City, I learned to lead with empathy, curiosity, and purpose. This journey helped me grow not only as an engineer but also as a global citizen committed to creating meaningful impact. I’m deeply grateful to the Laidlaw community for the inspiration, friendships, and values that will continue to guide me forward.
