About Luke Yusei Inoue

Fourth year undergraduate student double majoring in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology, and Physiology while minoring in Philosophy. My first summer research project was studying novel autism spectrum disorder (ASD) genes with Dr. Stephen Scherer and my LIA was helping with adaptive snowsports such as Skiing, snowboarding, Sit Skiing, etc more accessible in Queenstown, New Zealand. The org I worked with is Adaptive Snowsports Whakatipu (ASW) under supervision of Ms. Sheena Haywood :)

I am currently researching in the field of Space Biology and Aerospace Medicine studying the role microgravity plays on immune cells. In the winter I also Ski Patrol at the local ski resort, Blue Mountain Ski Resort, in Collingwood, Ontario :)

Hobbies of mine include snowboarding, skiing, driving, working on cars, playing the cello, golfing, listening to country and kpop music, hiking, and going on side quests!
