Over the past 18 months, the Laidlaw Programme has shaped me as both a leader and a global citizen. From tackling imposter syndrome to working abroad in Marseille, I’ve learned that leadership is less about having answers and more about asking questions, listening, and adapting.

Summer 2: LiA Reflection

This summer, I worked with MerTerre, a French NGO tackling abandoned waste, as part of the Laidlaw x Make Sense programme in Marseille. The experience challenged me to adapt, collaborate, and reflect on what it means to grow as a global citizen and future leader.
