Week 4 was a mix of challenges, resilience, and continued progress, testing both my adaptability and composure in unexpected situations.

One of the more difficult moments of the week was having my phone stolen during a night out. Although I attempted to recover it and involved the police, the situation ultimately remained unresolved. While frustrating, the experience became an unexpected lesson in staying composed under pressure and quickly regaining focus. Rather than letting it derail my work or mindset, I treated it as part of the broader experience of being in a new environment and adapted accordingly.

On the project side, we made significant progress with Platohedro’s digital development. I worked closely with the team on building and designing the website from scratch something I had not done before. This pushed me to step outside my comfort zone and apply my technical and problem-solving skills in a completely new context. Seeing the platform gradually take shape was extremely rewarding, and it was encouraging to receive positive feedback from Lina, the founder and director, on the quality of the work.

In parallel, we finalized the Patreon setup, ensuring it was structured and ready to support the organization’s goals. This felt like an important milestone, as it contributes directly to the sustainability and outreach of Platohedro.

Within the team, there were moments of interpersonal tension, including a situation where one member became overwhelmed. While I was not directly involved, observing and navigating the group dynamic reinforced the importance of emotional awareness and stability in team environments. I found that my ability to remain composed, support others, and maintain focus on collective goals has improved significantly. Managing both individual emotions and team productivity without disruption was a key takeaway.

Overall, despite a personal setback, Week 4 was productive and growth-oriented. It strengthened my ability to handle uncertainty, improved my interpersonal awareness, and reinforced my confidence in taking on unfamiliar challenges while continuing to contribute meaningfully to the team.
