This week I worked on some reports on two separate school projects across departments in the LFA Collective. I am glad to have contributed in my own ways to the success of the report. Through the report writing process, I am building skills in partnership development and resource mobilization. I also reached out to the headteachers from last week’s conference to check in on updates on their action plans and collected them into a centralized drive. I have received a lot of feedback from my work contributions so far. My highlight for the week was working on the Leadership Network Masterclass on Young and Leading: Building Impact, Influence, and Institutions with Jeffery Tribble. I am grateful to Lolo for trusting me with the speaker introductions. I got to meet so many young people in my age range and broadened my network. In the session we explored what it takes to lead effectively, utilize resources and build long lasting impacts.

 It is also World Cup season! Out of work, the city is excited and charged about the games.
