Non-hierarchical / Shared leadership is something I'm really passionate about but when discussing it, I still feel like I am talking in buzzwords: facilitate vs. dictate, agility vs. resilience, collective growth and collective accountability. I am trying to find out what these words could actually mean in a lived reality (another buzzword??) and found this study super interesting because it not only addresses the effects of shared leadership but discusses what leadership is and how exactly it is shared. You actually don't need to read the whole thing to get the moral of the story (teams with broadly shared leadership generally "outperformed" other teams!) but I posted the link down below just in case:))
