I’m excited to be hosting a Greater Boston gathering for Laidlaw Scholars on Saturday, August 22! πŸŽ“πŸŒŠ

This afternoon at the Boston Harbor Hotel will bring together Laidlaw Scholars from across the region for an opportunity to connect beyond our individual institutions, build new relationships, share experiences, andβ€”most importantlyβ€”have some fun together.

We’ll have refreshments, card and board games, UNO, plenty of time for conversation, and a raffle to close out the afternoon. I’m especially looking forward to creating a welcoming space where scholars can connect not only around their research and leadership journeys, but also simply as a community.

Hello all! My name is Shubhecchha Dhaurali (pronounced Sue-betcha Dur-all-e). I am a first-generation student originally from Nepal double-majoring in Community Health and Biology at Tufts University. My research is housed in the Tufts University School of Medicine with Dr. Ndidiamaka Amutah-Onukagha who is an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Medical School's Department of Community Health & Medicine.
