Dear all,

This week I'm preparing to pack up and working through the last instructions I've recieved from Genera Territorios. I'm trying to figure out what to do with the abundance of excess funds I've discovered on my pre-paid Broxel card. I'm catching up on sleeping and eating after an exhausting last grind.

I thought I'd reflect briefly on key lessons from this whole experience. Some of the most important takeaways for me have been:

1. If you're struggling to communicate with someone and their expectations seem self-contradictory or in flux, communicate MORE not less. Through practice you can gradually learn how to most effectively convey your concerns and confusions, and, even if comprehension doesn't improve meaningfully, it's very valuable for building trust and avoiding resentments because it shows engagement.

2. Teammates are everything, make sure to discuss decisions until you are united and look after one anothers' wellbeing.

3. Eating and sleeping are key and it's essential to plan them out even during very stressful periods. Executive paralysis tends to accumulate in these circumstances and it's key to have a structure you can rely on.

In this last stretch, the key virtues I've been relying on have been Humility and Collaboration, as I prepare to take further feedback from the organization on Thursday. I think the key changemaker value now is Good, because with the full project finished I can focus on improving its quality.

Best,

Peter
