When Prognosis Misses the Mark: Clinical Factors Associated with Prognostic Error Among Hospice Decedents

This is my poster from my summer Undergraduate Teaching and Research Award and Laidlaw Research Program at Brown University. This is an initial study as part of a larger quality improvement project collaborating with a large non-profit hospice and palliative care organization in the US Northeast.
