This report is a product of my first summer research period as a Laidlaw scholar, under the supervision of Dr. Thomas Stopka at the Tufts University School of Medicine. My project focused on evaluating the usability, clarity, accessibility, and effectiveness of data presentation within the mHOPE dashboard. Through semi-structured qualitative interviews, the goal was to examine whether users could effectively navigate, interpret, and apply the information presented. Additionally, the project identified how user feedback can improve a dashboard's ability to communicate complex public health information.
