Characterizing the physical interaction between Replication Protein A (RPA), alt-RPA and the Human Shu Complex

This poster displays my work this summer in optimizing the purification of RPA and altRPA, as well as future steps in characterizing their interaction with the Shu complex. This project has the potential to inform future treatments for breast and ovarian cancers.
