My Leadership in Action journey in Buenos Aires was a profound experience that reshaped my understanding of leadership, empathy, and community. Over 13 weeks, I engaged with organizations like Voluntario Global, Abrigar Derechos, and Sopa de Letras, where I learned the power of human connection and the importance of amplifying marginalized voices. Through workshops and the creation of Las mil y una noches en calle, a book that celebrates the resilience and stories of those experiencing homelessness, I discovered that true leadership lies in listening, learning, and fostering dignity. This experience not only enriched my passion for mental health but also deepened my gratitude for the lessons learned from the vibrant community of Buenos Aires, a city that will forever hold a special place in my heart.
