My Leadership in Action project this summer was an internship at Ada's, an animal hospital focused on high animal welfare and medical quality. Its vision is to become the best high-welfare veterinary hospital in China. The following poster records my learnings and reflections.

Taking a gap year, changing my LiA project, and interning at a high-quality vet clinic have all been stressful—largely because there is no single "right" path to choose. Fortunately, my commitment to small animal welfare has never changed, turning fear of the unknown into curiosity.
