About Lauren Landowski
Hi! I'm Lauren, a first year Biology student at Cambridge, with a particular interest in Biochemistry and Physiology.
This has inspired my LiA, looking into how the Social Determinants of Health are being addressed locally in Cambridge by The Red Hen Project - a local charity working to support families experiencing hardship to raise happy, health, and independent children. Working alongside the charity has exposed me to the stark health inequalities that exist even within Cambridge, strengthening my passion for public health and inspiring me to pursue a career focused on improving outcomes for children, families, and communities.
