Did you know that corn is the main ingredient for most of our signature dishes?
This is historically based on the fact that corn was raised on most of our fields and our ancestors learnt how to plant it to get fed. Some signature dishes using corn are chilaquiles, sopes, flautas, and the widely known: taco 🌮
Fun Fact #2: Coco 💀
Did you know that Disney's Pixar’s Movie Coco was inspired by Mexico’s Day of the Dead (“Día de los Muertos” in Spanish)? The Day of the Dead is an entire day we spend honoring people we have lost for their time alive and thanking them for being part of our lives. Did you know that México is the 2nd city in the world with the most museums?
From the Metropolitan Cathedral to the Fine Arts Museum (“Museo de Bellas Artes” in Spanish) and the remains of the Aztec constructions, Mexico is undoubtedly a country that has a lot to offer in terms of culture. With a remarkable number of museums, over 170 museums may be visited in this megalopolis. This makes it the second largest city in the world in terms of museums. It is only overtaken by London which has around 200 museums.

Did you know that the Academy Award was shaped after a Mexican person?
The most longing award for film industry actors is the Oscar. Emilio Fernandez is the name of the Mexican actor that posed for it. Even though it is not 100% confirmed, is the only person rumored to be the model for it.🕴️

Did you know that Mexico has some of the key players in the Latin American economy? Carlos Slim, head of América Móvil, is often ranked as one of the world's richest men.
