Wow Audrea! It has been great seeing how your research has evolved over these past few weeks. I completely relate to the ever-changing nature research overall. I really hope to translate my research into real community-building like you and I cannot wait to see where your project takes you! Personally, I'm doing an extensive annotated bibliography in hopes of further developing my research overtime. Super excited for you!
I definitely understand the shift in expectations progressing through your research project, I've also had to change my goals for my project as I've made some necessary changes in how I present my findings. Props to you for honing your skills in Mandarin and Fuzhounese, I can imagine the challenges that come with researching a community where there is language barrier. I'm so excited to learn more about your project and I am wishing you all the best.
I relate to struggle of distilling literature to essentials. I'm working on an extensive annotated bibliography and I've definitely had trouble discerning which sources to include. That sounds like a great idea though. I'm definitely going to try that and see which book reviews are most relevant to my research pursuits. Good luck with your research you got this!!!
This sounds amazing Audrea! Translating your research into real community building through photography is a really creative method to not only portraying your research to a broader audience, but also, grasping people's attention through photography, creative art form. I'm really excited to see where your research takes you. Good luck!
I totally agree Mark! Balancing various leadership styles is complex and multi-dimensional. Understanding that leadership looks different for everyone is imperative to building a strong foundation. The fluid nature of leadership requires adaptability to build understanding and cultivate community.
