I worked as IT Infrastructure Services Engineer and as Senior System Engineer up to 2017.  Since 2018 I am working as a Senior lecturer in Information Systems, postgraduate coordinator in school of ICT, and researcher with a research interest in distributed and cloud-based technology solutions. I have published several papers in international journals, won 3 research grants and involved in many other research grants. I have a demonstrated history of working in both information technology services industry and in Academia. I teach courses of Data mining and Knowledge discovery, Business Intelligence, Network and Systems Administration, Operating Systems Concepts, and Legal and Regulatory requirements. I have deep skills in Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Virtualization and Storage technologies, server hardware and software configuration, network troubleshooting, and multi-tiered application systems. I supervised many undergraduate, master's and PhD students towards to their final defenses.
