My current role with the Laidlaw Scholars Network is in the design and delivery of leadership training for UCL.

I run a global training and development consultancy focussing on the higher education sector, and have had the privilege of working with many of the world's top Universities. 

I have 6 University qualifications including an award-winning PhD and have published academically in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities.

I also work in the UK as a Judge, and in various national adjudication and advisory roles. I am also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
