Having written this post late, I am able to write after presenting and delivering all our findings to Hagamos Copmosta. As a group we are really happy with how things have gone but also sad. It is shocking how fast time has gone by and as we left the Hagamos Composta cafe where we presented for the last time there was time for reminiscing. We have been really happy with how Hagamos Composta have been open with us and helped us help them. We have done our best to be helpful working off their feedback, our observations and our research to compile things we think can help them grow and increase their impact. 

I specifically worked on pricing and subsidy models to increase the impact of the company. I also looked at their internal communications and customer service, the potential for an annual meeting where they discuss internally their performance, an awards proposal to reward employees for their work and finally designed a no plastic sticker for their buckets in an effort to help them reduce contamination in their compost. 

Overall it has been an amazing experience and I have learnt a lot. We really feel like the Hagamos Composta team appreciate what we have done for them, and my time in Mexico City has certainly exceeded my expectations.
