Hi Laidlaw Scholars, as part of your Oxford Ethical Leadership Programme, we will be providing you with a mobile app called Virtuosity Character to support your character development throughout the programme. While we will meet approximately once per month, the app will act as a virtual coach to support daily practice of your character development.

Prior to the first session, we would like you to download and complete the initial character assessment to help you reflect on your character and come to the session ready to engage. Please scan the QR code to register for the app then look out for the invitation email to download the app.

Downloading the Virtuosity app is optional and we will provide alternative methods if you prefer not to use it. If you have any questions or issues, please contact Corey Crossan: corey.crossan@politics.ox.ac.uk.
