Below is the link to the podcast, Proceedings & Peoples. Presenting my summer research through a podcast is a way to share my findings with a more general audience. This podcast is intended to provide a brief overview and general context of legal proceedings that happen within Las Cruces and El Paso, Texas, to individuals who have no prior background knowledge and are interested in learning more. Both are intended for Bordertown community members and individuals who are just curious about the ongoing court procedures related to immigration. Through firsthand observation and reflection, I explore how justice and due process are practiced, where they fall short, and the small details that often go unnoticed. This podcast aims to make the hidden corners of the legal system more transparent.
