What went well?

The progress I made; what was achieved and done

We had a continued in-depth dive into Fijian culture: I particularly found the talk about family culture in Fiji interesting in how it has contrasts and similarities to Asian family traditions.

What could have been done differently?

Things that did not get done and/or could be changed

More interaction within both parties, especially on sessions such as the cooking one where the experience would be very different.

What did I learn about myself when working with others?

Contributions, behaviours and values I exhibited

Trying to do different behaviours is still hard when the majority are similar to each other.

What did I learn about leadership?

Leadership attributes and insights I developed

Constant interaction with others is necessary to develop the connection that can push teams forward.

What do I want to develop or focus on next?

What I still need to develop

Relationships between our group to make sure everyone is making adequate contributions and keeping up.
