What went well?

The progress I made; what was achieved and done

I had a great first introduction to Fiji, with friendly hosts and a wide variety of cultural information. As the first week of a remote study tour the energy was very upbeat and welcoming.

What could have been done differently?

Things that did not get done and/or could be changed

More interaction would have been preferable, although of course the online format makes it incredibly hard to constantly engage everyone.

What did I learn about myself when working with others?

Contributions, behaviours and values I exhibited

Motivating others and getting everyone on the same page can often be a challenge, but with enough interested participants it is possible to make real change.

What did I learn about leadership?

Leadership attributes and insights I developed

Leadership isn’t about telling others what to do; instead setting an example may be more effective.

Continuing to motivate others and inspiring them to drive themselves towards a goal.
