Hello there!
I had a very exciting week! I spent a lot of time with so many different people this week who work in various and diverse fields in which they use Black Feminist praxis in their work. It was really incredible to be a part of and learn from them in such an inspiring and supportive environment.
It made me begin to seriously consider what careers are available to me with my degree in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and seeing everyone do so many incredible things with such a wide range of experiences that brought them to where they were now made me far less anxious. Because of these conversations and reflections, I became more curious about what possibilities are available to me and what possibilities I can create for myself.
