Being determined is always illustrated and visualised as a superhero trying to conquer every situation. Usually such an individual is perfect and full of skills, and as a result capable of being deemed ''determined'.

After the experience in the village in Selside for the residential with the Laidlaw programme, I've reflected that it is actually completely the opposite. Being determined does not mean you have to be capable of having it all together all the time. Actually, I believe it is impractical for growth, instead I had time to re-evaluate and confirm that a determined person, can be in the moment a fearful person that chooses to not let fear govern but instead lets adrenaline and curiosity to take the lead.

The experience in Selside has confirmed so. Being left hanging in the air in uncertainty about the next move, and continuing with curiosity to take steps on unstable rocks in order to reach the top, as shown from the pictures.. it is determined .. but it did not require perfect stability and skills to become so, just faith. #Reflection
