Throughout two transformative summers at Laidlaw and numerous dedicated days, I have reached a point of immense satisfaction with my progress in both personal and professional development. My journey as a Laidlaw Scholar has been incredibly exhilarating. Although two years may not be sufficient to achieve the ideal vision of leadership I once had, it has provided ample opportunity for growth, learning, and a profound understanding of what leadership truly entails.

Throughout my participation in the project aimed at addressing the needs of an underserved community, I have undergone a profound transformation in my understanding of global citizenship and ethical leadership.
