🌱 Fully funded leadership fellowship for 2027 with Mentora Scholars
The Mentora Scholars Fellowship is a fully funded leadership development programme for undergraduate students and recent graduates who are passionate about personal growth, leadership and creating positive change.
Rooted in the work of Dr Hitendra Wadhwa, a longtime Columbia Business School professor, the fellowship brings together students from different backgrounds to explore their values, develop practical leadership skills and connect with a community of fellow changemakers.
The 2027 programme includes a virtual curriculum from February to April, followed by a 12-day residential experience from 17 to 28 May, focused on three key areas: Inner Mastery, Outer Impact and Changemaking. Scholars also become part of a lifelong network of emerging leaders.
Who can apply? The fellowship is open to US and Canadian undergraduates, as well as those who completed their degree within the past year.
What's covered? Successful applicants receive a full scholarship covering programme costs, accommodation and meals. Participants are responsible for travel and incidental expenses, although financial assistance for travel may be available.
📅 The early priority deadline is Sunday 8 November 2026, with a final deadline of Sunday 17 January 2027. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged!
