Cook With Jack is a joint initiative between the Laidlaw Foundation and Bite Back 2030 - an organisation co-founded by Jamie Oliver to tackle youth obesity in the UK.

Through a series of live cookalongs broadcasted every weekday at 12PM, Cook With Jack aims to teach viewers to prepare quick, tasty and affordable lunches during quarantine within the weekly £15 school meal voucher budget.

"Since the coronavirus crisis began, Bite Back 2030, a food campaigning organisation Oliver co-founded, has worked with Jack Deane, head chef at Oliver's cookery school, to offer free online lessons every school day. The midday classes screened on YouTube teach youngsters how to cook a simple healthy meal - on only £15 a week."
