The Transformative Leadership Academy is a tuition-free summer program that prepares exceptional student leaders to become exemplary changemakers in their careers and communities. Modeled on Professor Hitendra Wadhwa’s award-winning Columbia Business School course, Personal Leadership & Success, TLA offers college students the chance to reflect deeply, strengthen character, build relationships with fellow changemakers, and clarify their beliefs about life, career, leadership, and the world.

The 2026 program will include a virtual orientation in March and a 12-day in-person session (May 18–29) in Nashville, TN.  Successful applicants receive a full scholarship covering tuition, room, and board from the Mentora Foundation. This brief video provides a glimpse of the experience.
