Why are there so few women as metro mayors? Caitlin Prescott

This research poster explores at the reasons why women have been so underrepresented in metro mayor positions and wider local politics roles. It then proposes possible solutions that will allow women for women to participate fully in regional leadership. From my 2025 Research project.
