Research Proposal: The Canadian Criminal Justice System and Domestic Abuse Violence
The research focuses on a literature review into legal action taken against domestic violence. This is prefaced by the question: How does the Canadian Criminal Justice System address self-defence concerns in Domestic Abuse Cases, and how does that compare internationally?

Hi! 🧐 My name is Nathan, and I am a coming Junior at the University of Toronto (St. George Campus) majoring in Criminology, Public Policy, with a minor in Political Science. My research project focuses on Criminal Law and Domestic Abuse cases, investigating the Criminal Justice System's role in breaking the cycle of violence that exists in domestic abuse cases.
