Research Proposal

Hello everyone! I’m undertaking a research project that explores how different legal traditions conceptualize rights, entitlement, and justice. Specifically, I’m investigating the Sanskrit legal concept of adhikāra through a close study of the Manusmṛti and its commentary by Medhātithi.
