Research Poster: Modelling Subjective Barriers to Public Transport Adoption as a Holistic Network
Preview
This poster marks the conclusion of my Laidlaw research project, which explored barriers to public transport adoption using Lengieza’s (2025) network-based data analysis. The findings revealed trip duration as the most influential factor - an insight with real implications for sustainable policy and urban planning.
The poster offers a snapshot of my research aims, methodology, and key results. It also pushed me to translate complex data into a clear, visually engaging format, which was a refreshing challenge after weeks of report writing!
Grateful to Laidlaw, my supervisor Dr Mike L. Lengieza, and the fantastic team at Durham University for their support throughout this journey.
