Research Essay - An epistemological problem: the permissibility of belief in cases of sexual assault
This is the essay from my Laidlaw research project, focusing on belief in and doubt towards accusations of sexual assault. I provide a philosophical analysis of contemporary debate and offer a proposal for what kinds of belief and doubt are permissible, as well as presenting an outstanding concern.
