This report summarizes my Leadership-in-Action project carried out in Costa Rica with OSA Conservation. I had the opportunity to contribute to meaningful conservation initiatives, gain first-hand experience in wildlife protection and reforestation, and face unexpected challenges that deeply shaped my journey. The following pages present the work conducted, the experiences lived, and the key lessons I took away from this transformative adventure.
