Development of Empirical Dietary Inflammatory Pattern (EDIP) scores with different food groups and biomarkers

EDIP is a hypothesis-driven dietary pattern that assesses the inflammatory potential of diet. Food-frequency questionnaires are used to build regression models to determine which foods have more or less inflammatory potential. We will use this tool in cancer patients to improve chances of survival.
