Research Poster: The Slavic Seven Sages of Rome

The Seven Sages of Rome is the second most widely transmitted premodern narrative, after the Bible. This project aimed to catalogue Czech, Polish, and Hungarian variants of the text, examining what they show about transmission and adaptation in early printing.
