An exploratory Olink proteomic analysis identifies thrombopoietin as the predominant protein altered during selinexor maintenance

This study investigates the systemic physiological footprint of selinexor in multiple myeloma maintenance therapy, using Olink Proteomics. Exploratory analysis identified thrombopoietin (THPO) as the sole statistically significant protein altered in the Selinexor arm.
