What went well?
The progress I made; what was achieved and done
- Finalized all materials in the tool kit
- Rehearsed the presentation with all groupmates
- Presented the self-care tool kit to PSA and received highly positive feedback (that they will be using the tool kit later this year!!)
- Listened to the presentation from the other group (on raising awareness on different mental illnesses eg. depression in monthly publications)
What could have been done differently?
Things that did not get done and/or could be changed
- Could try to make the presentation to be more engaging by adding some animations or sound effects.
- Try to include fewer contents in one page —> so that the listeners will be easier to follow
What did I learn about myself when working with others?

- Importance of being observant when doing the rehearsal. Rehearsals were not just for the sake of seeing how long the whole presentation was, but to spot out possible problems in the presentation.
What did I learn about leadership?

- I tried to speak up in the group. I was happy that my opinion was being valued and caused some changes to the overall product.
What do I want to develop or focus on next?
What I still need to develop
I will join more leadership-related activities to further boost my leadership skills. I will also be more welcoming to work with people from different walks of life.
