Feedbacks do not necessarily mean criticism. There could also be positive feedback. It’s also essential to consider other factors when giving feedbacks eg. timing, emotional states of the receiver.

What do I want to develop or focus on next?

What I still need to develop

  1. try to practice giving feedbacks in a way that the receiver will still be motivated to work.
