What could have been done differently?
Things that did not get done and/or could be changed
- It would be more interesting if more people are joining the live sessions. But due to time zone differences, I was only able to communicate with a few.
What did I learn about myself when working with others?
Contributions, behaviours and values I exhibited
I learnt that I am good at being an active listener and to help summarize points raised by different team members. I should have spoken up more to help raise the group’s momentum.
What did I learn about leadership?
Leadership attributes and insights I developed
Time management. It is important to always be on time (even for informal meetings). It is essential to respect others’ time.
What do I want to develop or focus on next?
What I still need to develop
Be more willing to speak up, despite not being familiar with the groupmates.
