Neely Mckee and I worked on a faculty-led project with Professor Michael Gerrard at the Sabin Center Climate Change Law Center at Columbia Law School. We made a document with policy recommendations for the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (2019) from New York State, covering everything from Transportation to Environmental Justice.
