SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY 

UCL alumnus Kulveer Ranger (BSc Architecture Planning Building & Environment, 1997) has a wealth of leadership experience to share with all Laidlaw scholars. 

Kulveer is an expert in the field of digital transformation. He is currently Senior Vice President, Strategy & Communications for Atos UK&I. He is a leading figure in the development and communication of innovative, technology-led public services in the UK and has a unique track record of working in politics, the public and private sectors over the last twenty years. This includes having worked on the delivery of the London Oystercard, and four years working for the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, leading the transport and environment briefs and establishing the Digital London Office.
