How can a knowledge of neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia...) help leaders succeed?

Guest speaker: Manar Matusiak, Managing Director, Living Autism

Manar is Managing Director of Living Autism. She has over 20 years’ experience at director level in the specialist care and education sector, in particular in the field of autism. She helped to set up and develop the first transitional residential service in the country for young adults with autism and complex needs. Her background is in teaching and management and she is passionate about the development of individuals in the pursuit of the best possible quality of life. Through her training and coaching work she promotes the benefits of understanding and embracing neurodiversity.
