The leadership-in-action opportunity allowed me to act as a leader and learn the essence of education in the beautiful mountains of the Himalayas. Over the 6 weeks, I created strong bonds with inspiring women and brilliant collaborators who I now consider my family. My experience in programming and logical thinking permitted me to have a meaningful impact, and I look forward to continuing to use my skills to help empower other women to become independent forces.
