Clover Hogan: “When leaders are failing to act with urgency, we must empower the next generation to take decisive action.”

In the afterglow of our recent Laidlaw Scholars Annual Conference, Clover Hogan's Leadership Quote resonates deeply with the spirit of our theme, "Conversations: The Art of Transformative Dialogue."

At 24 years old, Clover has accomplished a remarkable feat by mobilizing mindsets for climate action with her youth non-profit, Force of Nature. She has been a beacon, consulting Fortune 50 boardrooms and counselling heads of state on matters of sustainability. Her mission? To transform the eco-anxiety plaguing 70% of our youth into actionable steps towards addressing the climate crisis.

As we reflected on the art of transformative dialogues over the weekend, Clover shed light on how important it is for the next generation to be at the forefront of leadership starting now.  Let's continue to cherish the power of conversations that not only shape perspectives but also spur us into meaningful actions. Share your takeaways and thoughts from the conference or the essence of Clover's message in the comments.
