As a 2022 Laidlaw Scholar, this past summer I completed my Summer II Leadership-in-Action project. From July 9th to August 21st, I traveled to Fiji with Think Pacific. With other Laidlaw Scholars from other universities, for four weeks, we immersed ourselves in the Indigenous Fijian (iTaukei) way of life through immersion in their homes, activities, and overall culture.
