Attached here is the poster for my research paper titled: "Negotiating the Intimate in Masafer Yatta: Palestinian Women’s Practices of Sacredness, Embodiment, and Countering." I would like to reiterate and emphasize the acknowledgements section. My deepest love and gratitude to the beloved activist, friend, teacher, husband, father, community leader, and martyr Odeh “Abu Watan” al-Hathaleen (1994 – 2025), who models undying hope, patience, and steadfastness. I am indebted to my dear friends and interlocutors in Masafer Yatta, who shared their homes and stories with me in an act of great trust and camaraderie. I'm a Class of 2028 student at Barnard College of Columbia University in NYC. I am pursuing a combined major in Gender Studies and Human Rights. My degree is centered on feminist anthropology, with particular attention to gendered forms of violence and resistance in the occupied West Bank. In my free time, I study Hebrew (Yiddish next, I hope), explore museums, and cook with my friends.
